I figure it's 10/24 I proved a good run, and even went to a bar once without drinking. I can make up for this drink day by adding a day of no drinking into November. What's miscs thoughts?

Weighed in at 158.8 lbs today btw.

Decided to drink, considered 10/24 a cheat day. I didn't do anything I regretted, except eat a little more and take an unintentional nap. The feeling I got from it wasn't that fun to be honest, and it made my day off of work ZOOM on by, I couldn't even believe it when it was late. This is a lame negative about drinking, time just skips on by, I'd prefer my days off from work to feel a little longer.

Being sober 24/7 unlocks a lot of time and potential that you can apply to whatever you choose

If your life is just to do the bare minimum to survive and then escape reality with alcohol/drugs then you are caught in a stagnant loop

It keeps you stuck in the exact same position in life while things slowly degrade, but a lot of people still drink in moderation without issue

I can drink in moderation, but I wanted to go whole hog and be completely sober all the time, it's life changing

4 weeks down, looks like I'm not going to make the full 6 I planned. I have tickets to see Janes Addiction and the Smashing Pumpkins next Sat. For some reason I thought it was a weeknight show. But Sat Night, most likely I'll have a couple concert beers.

That's not so bad. Just get back on track the next day.

I'm going to end this on Monday, so 1 day early.

44 is my record, from last year.

I drank 3 times this month and weighed in today a little over 161 lbs. Far from my goal of zero alcohol and 155 lbs.

I plan to not drink a little bit into November, but not the whole month. Good job everyone that stuck with it!

I’m doing no pmo as well. Hard mode. My brain is screwed up from porn, srs. 21 days down. It will take me a long time to recover I think, but will be worth it. Trying to kick the alcohol for a year or so, and the porn and even masturbation forever

I had 4 shots of Vodka tonight. I need to try the whole not drinking thing out, but with life and modern day society being **** it's kind of not prioritized.

Some people say no, that you need to completely abstain to reboot/reset. Others say it’s fine. I’m going to try and stay away from absolutely everything, I think I’m a severe case.

I do think the “just 90 days and your fixed” thing is cope though. Once I am “rebooted” I don’t plan to ever watch P again. Will try and only get off with real women

There was a point where i couldn't go a week without drinking... now I am close to 4 months without a sip. Not even semi tempted. Probably will continue this for another couple months as life has been better and I have been more productive in general.

This has been my experience with alcohol for the last year or so. It's not all that great. A little buzz every now and then ain't bad, but it's definitely something any of us could take or leave.
