WWIII with whom? See the thing about the world wars in they were across the world with dozens of countries involved.
Who is joining Russia? Or you think Russia can take on all of NATO and the US when they haven’t even been able to take over Ukraine?

Nato would be in moscow in a month.
There is no logical reason why either scenario ever happens though. Russia wouldnt launch nukes at the west because of failure in ukraine, nato wouldnt launch nukes at russia because of ukraine, and neither side would directly attack each other’s territory.
People fail to realize what a powrful motivator (demotivator i guess) mutually assured destruction actually it… claiming that russia will get into a hissy fit over losses in ukraine and destroy the world is nonsense.

Also, to the people saying that europe is not the US, well yes obviously, but what is nato? Why even have nato?
And if you want to dissolve nato, then you accept the fact that it would be okay for US national security to have europe and canada become allied away from the US, because that will inevitably happen if all you do is play isolationism.

Exports is a great measure of an economy. Which puts the total US economy in line with Germany. China has double the size of your economy.

So this looks like Kherson bridge 2.0. Ukie retards (despite having all the resources of the west) can't actually destroy the bridge. Retard crew acts like this is the turning point of the war. Vatniks quietly fix the bridge and get back to killing Ukie retards with minimal effort.
lol

But this is obviously a win for the retard crew.

At the root of conflict is a competition for resources. I don't think it would be too hard to make a solid case that multiple countries are already at war, albeit a financial one.

For example:
Ukraine has 0.4% of the Earth's surface but about 5% of the world's mineral resources. Ukraine is a country with a developed mineral resource base, the diversity of which is due to the peculiarities of the geology of its territory

We are broke. We don't have this money and it is being added on to our debt.
I don't see any reason we can't have a world war without involving a wide scale nuclear exchange.
At the root of conflict is a competition for resources. I don't think it would be too hard to make a solid case that multiple countries are already at war, albeit a financial one.
It is the countries in Europe whose people are talking about wanting to leave NATO. And would it be that big of a loss? It is a military cooperation agreement, not an economic treaty.
The only countries I'm aware of that have made much effort to keep up their own defenses are the UK and France.[/QUOTE]Economic wars or proxy wars are not the same as a direct military conflict between nato and rusaia though. The argument is that a ditect military conflict would inevitably result in MAD, idk if that would for sure be the case but i doubt either side is willing to find out.
And you didnt really answer my question: would it be in USAs best interest in terms of national security if nato were to dissolve for isolationist reasons?
