This is also a place that survives on government work, which also means it's become a diversity capital, and is driving real talent out. It's damn near impossible for my employer to find good local candidates. We always have to look outside the area.

I can't see anything good coming from this place in the next 10 years.

Virginia Beach is the best city of the area, but saying it's #1 is like saying you got the gold in the special olympics.

If it were not for my mom and brother living here, I would be on the first flight out.
