It will be slowed down with the psychiatric reports being ordered, likely as this is an attempted murder they will get another order to make sure he isn't back on the streets until that happens. Not sure why they need them if the guy is on the misc & on the discord talking about hitting people with hammers though-just assume he is mentally unwell.
