Going back to the year 2000, white people are significantly under represented in public mass shootings when adjusted for populace. Black people are significantly over represented (and this list does not include inner city gang mass shootings). White people in the year 2000 were 77% of the population. They're now 64%, yet over the past 22 years, they've accounted for roughly 54% of the public mass shootings (statistically underrepresented).

But please keep your false insinuation going that white people commit the majority of public mass shootings.
