It won't be 60 something, but near the equator the cycle you experience in life is 24 hours. Doesn't require that much planning. The cycle far from the equator is 365 times as long. I would be surprised if this hasn't led to some significant cognitive differences.

yes IQ is genetic, its not education. if you have ever taken an IQ test it is pattern recognition - it cannot be learned.

In a warmer climate like Africa it doesn't get cold, planning ahead isn't really a thing, farming isn't a thing. The stupid are not culled by nature if they can run fast enough.

The survival/reproduction strategy is also a little different, if you look at birth rates you will see that they are very fertile people, the sub-saharan strategy is to have as many babys as possible and maybe 2 will live. Modern medicine and the west sending aid to Africa has insured that all offspring will survive and thats why the population has spiked exponentially so hard and they are spilling over into Europe.

Actually yes you are right on that part. There are a lot of people who want to try to make others feel not good enough, not smart enough, not able in order to keep them down so they can hold themselves up. It's not really good for most of us, but it keeps most people good for being worker drones and doing low level work continuing endless cycles of debt keeping the fat cats fatter. Agreed. Also, stop this "college or broke" mentality. Find out where someone's skills are, where the are strong and focus on that. I remember back as a kid in school there were things I was doing really well in and ahead of my class but then there were some things lacking. What they did is said because I was ahead in those places, I don't need to spend any time on those things, but instead I need to spend time on what I was lacking. Then they just wanted to criticize me and make me feel stupid every time I missed on of their many tasks they had me do with no purpose. Made me feel bad and depressed, like why even try, they will just move on and find something else to make me feel like chit about. Due to this memory it's why I don't support schools, because they don't teach. For instance, Science I was strong, but math I was weak. So no Science, just math. How about letting me excel Science and then show me how math relates and maybe I would have cared.

When you destroy some people's confidence and will the rest just falls apart. Especially when I was just a kid, having adults tell me I can't, I guess I bought it, and although I'm doing fine, it limited me and now I guess you could say I'm just behind.
