People like Sillie want to blame whitey for their past transgressions, you want to blame a 'sub iq', and I'm over here just wanting to blame aspects of culture like degenerate messaging in rap, no snitch attitude, money over everything, fatherless households. I contend you fix all those aspects of culture and you fix the crime issues in the black community. Ag assault cases are solved about 45% of the time, robbery about 30% of the time and burglary 20% of the time so I must ask, if burglaries are only solved 20% of the time then how can know the race of 80% of the perps?

If Blacks are sub IQ then that means that they are more likely to be caught than other races, they are presumed guilty more than other races, and the police often say, "We only catch the dumb ones." This is America, there is nothing illegal about being loud/annoying AF, If you have a problem with that then it is a personal problem lol. Black Americans are not African-Americans, there are only about 2.1 million AAs in America and the most famous one is White.
