From memory, OP's boyfriend went to the the shop to get some food or drink or something. He was gone for ages and then when she eventually went outside to check, she found he'd slipped on the snow outside and froze to death out there.

Some people blamed her and thought she should've been checking sooner or something but I think she was just genuinely unaware. Obviously she was pretty upset, as anyone would be in those circumstances.

Most of my life is not on the misc.. I don’t think mid 30s is that bad for starting to get your head on straight. Especially when the person battled substance use issues since they were a teen. I’m glad I don’t look at people and judge them the way you do .. I know people struggle and I hope everyone gets to a good place in life no matter how old.



I don’t know how you think you can pick up on how someone feels about something over the internet. That was beyond the worst day of my life and something that took and has taken years to heal from. I have been pretty clear about everything that happened so maybe it’s your reading comprehension that needs the work
