Once more, disruptive speech is not protected in schools. It doesn’t matter if the teacher was a moron or not. You seem to not like the law. Not my problem, nor is it anything I can do anything about.

ONCE MORE, once the teacher was informed it had nothing to do with her claims of slavery, the reason she took the boy out of class, she should have changed her position and allowed the kid to go back to class. Instead, she fell into their master plan they concocted at breakfast.
Watch the video, cot dayum.

Two wrongs here.
The teacher and the school for doing what they did.
The parents of the kid for very obviously doing this as a publicity stunt.
Two clown shows.

So you dont actually want to discuss the event, just the ambiguity of the law?

Teacher: Excuse me sir, I believe your sign that says, "America is great," is offensive because it has ties to slavery. Would you please remove it?
Miscinbro: Oh ok, it doesn't have ties to slavery. It actually represents America, see, the US flag.
Teacher: Nevermind, then.
It's crazy how it's a non-issue when the teacher acts like an adult. Theres nothing in a law book that can teach you that if the teacher doesn't care her argument was wrong and keeps pushing is indicative that it's a personal issue.
I'm still kind of lost at how you think after watching that video it's scary someone could say the teacher was politically motivated, lmao, I even said, "had it been a BLM or LGBT patch" it shouldnt matter. That's exactly the opposite of picking a side.
