Bad thing about open world games is how boring and predictable they get after playing a bit. One potential way to spice it up is to introduce a heavier multiplayer focused story that can introduce players into your game. A) Has it been confirmed there will be a female playable character / protagonist? And if so, B) has it been confirmed whether she will be the ONLY playable character /protagonist or might there be 3 (or more) ala GTA5?
If she's the only playable character, it strikes me as a bold move on Rockstar's part. But if she's one of several then I actually think it's a good addition / change.
