The authors state their outcomes are counts, times to event, and cycle thresholds.
Those outcomes violate the (universally understood) assumptions of ANOVA and t-tests.
The authors state they used ANOVA and t-tests
What is your argument?

It is perfectly reasonable to use ANOVA when you want to test a particular hypothesis between groups, determining the relationship between an independent variable and dependent variables.
The Shapiro-Wilk test is just a statistical test used to check if a random sample comes from a normally distributed population. Nothing wrong with using that test for what the authors set out to do..which was to find the potential neurodevelopmental implications of the vaccines, especially in susceptible groups such as pregnant women and their offspring.
You are looking for something that is simply not present

Those assumptions are not met by these data.
ANOVA is inappropriate for these data and study design
A normally distributed dependent variable is not one of the assumptions of ANOVA.
The Shapiro-Wilk test is irrelevant.
Who told/trained you that it's a relevant consideration?

ANOVA assumes continuous dependent variables and sphericity. Fact.
Counts are not continuous. Fact.

Degrees of freedom have nothing to do with this. What are you talking about?

Not a good comparison even from that, OP. And I'm skeptical of the very idea of "autistic rats" too. I would have thought autism is a nuanced condition which kind of needs the complexity of human behaviours to manifest in any clinically significant sense of the term.

Zero percent desire to engage in meaningful discussion. One hundred percent desire to just troll. Seems like an odd way for a grown man to spend so much of his valuable time, but I guess everyone is different.

Y'all have interesting approaches to review.
I publish plenty. No ANOVA's for a very long time tho

Not as bad as wincels evolution from a basement dwelling incel who lives with his father to a top notch athlete with a doctorate making 6 figures all in the span of one year….but still J.L.C.’s larping is still extremely hilarious.
