Biden only needs 6 EC votes to win... once Nevada finishes... it's done.

Justice Alito issues order to segregate all ballots received after election day and is referring the matter to the high Court.

-WHAT THIS MEANS

The SCOTUS is likely to hear Trump's case as to whether it was Constitutional for ballots received AFTER the deadline set by the PA Judiciary to be counted and if it is a violation of law

-WHAT IT MAY ALSO MEAN IN MY HUMBLE OPINION

The Court is THIS CLOSE to issuing a Writ of Certiorari and declaring jurisdiction over this particular matter and most likely all similar matters involving this election's fraud which Trump will ultimatelyWINdue to Pennsylvania Bill 77 passed in September of 2019 declaring that ALL BALLOTS that are to be counted towards the general election must be received by 8pm ON election night [NOT three days after]

-THE PROBLEM TRUMP WILL HAVE

There is NOT much time left as electors have to be chose by Dec 8th (?) and absent precedent or a Federal ruling delaying choosing the electors, he will have to have the case settled before then.

-WHICH FURTHER MEANS

Trumps ENTIRE case will need to be air tight when he goes to the High Court so he will need every single bit of help he can get.

I don't want to be a defeatist, and if there was wrong doing I hope it gets brought to light, I want Trump to win.

Quick cliffs from what I understand.

There was an incident in Michigan where 6,000 votes went to Biden but were supposed to go to Trump. 30 other States use that same system and all the swing states use it. PA is going to separate between ballots that came in after election day and before election day.

It's getting juicier but we'll see.

I think the PA one is a big deal but I think the Michigan 6k votes is being argued that it was a user issue, not a glitch in the system. Regardless......recount. and Recount verified ones.
