i dont think manual or physical work is for our boyo JV. it is too taxing and he doesn't want to work a real job. he needs a job where he can use his higher range of brain power that he was blessed with and talk/read off of a script

not everyone has the ability to operate a crane or work on elevators. epecially certain miscers. that includes the sloots. imagine a female working on an elevator. i'll take the stairs

Try vo2max intervals. I also dont make good gains if im not active. So what i do is i have crossfit type workouts, and then i do vo2max on either the rower, running or assault bike. 2mins 1min off times 10. Or 4x4 on runs.
It activates something primal in your hormones. It sucks to do it at first but after its done feels high T
