Someone got me a shot of Pappy Van Winkle the other night and it definitely didn't taste like $100 worth.

Bourbon is too sweet lad.

I sort of do Black Label as a daily driver/dive bar option. Like Macallan 12 in more civilized places. When budget isn't an issue I go for something peaty. Lagavulin 16 or maybe an Oban if I want something a little milder.

If you ever get your citizenship, you're gonna have to learn how to drink bourbon. I have an buddy who only drinks scotch and when we meet at the bar he'll buy rounds of expensive Scotch. Taste great but I think the headaches they give me when i'm hungover are worse than bourbon. Maybe its all in my mind and i'm just drinking more

Smarter move with the slow cut if you're not drug assisted. That's like 2lb a week; if you've dialed in your diet and training it should be fairly easy to hold almost all that mass you have.

Yeah, no help. Occasionally i'm tempted to go for 2.5 but on the scale, but it never seems to actually happen and I'm miserable because I don't have any cheat meals or booze. So yeah, two pounds a week, 200 grams of protein a day, moderate carbs, autopilot till I get to 205, then add back 5-10 lbs of lost muscles over three months when I flip calories into a surplus. Should be juicy af by Christmas!
