The car because only a supercar can reach 200mph and only a Chad would drive a supercar.

You also have to take in account the time it takes to accelerate to that speed for both plus the braking time at the final destination.

Friction, speedometers, and all the other chit you're talking about does not matter. Speed is a resultant. 200mph is 200mph.

The train would be faster because it's relative mass would bend the surrounding space fabric to slow down time therefor making 200mph faster relative to the space that the car occupies

i can't get my head around the question anymore. OP, can you please specify what conditions this is under? is it happening in a vacuum? or is the car on the road w/ friction?

Actually, friction is real and not imaginary, as you're claiming in your post. Friction definitely plays a role and over time, slows the car down even though it is going 200 mph. It's basic, I meanbasicphysics.

The train will get robbed by cowboys and the robbers will tell the conductor to make the train go faster, therefore they both began at 200mph, but the train ended up going 400mph to get away from the police horses.
