Not all the time, but OP is somewhat correct especially in the Western world. Some women can be "glowing" profusely in their early 20s, but the party women just plummet after 18/19. You can almost notice the aging process in real time it's so dramatic. Sh*t diet, make-up 24/7, bad sleeping patterns, partying too much, drugs/alcohol/smoking, and some women haven't grasped the concept of drinking lots of water, EVERY day. Regardless, unless you're top tier male genetics, or have serious $$$, if you plan to get married you're going to have to accept the aging process. Only a small % of men can lead a satisfying life just banging 18-22 year old women, still having kids and never worrying about money. So, thankfully for the rest, that's why we have HD porn, and one day Matrix style VR porn. I can handle a woman not glowing if I love her, I just can't handle one that's overweight. If you want women who take care of their skin/health more, then you'll need to travel abroad. There's plenty of countries were they age well, but with that upside comes cultural downsides.

You can find attractive older women but father time catches up to everyone. 30 seems to be when a lot start to start looking older. Don't really have an age range for facial prime (probably say before 30) but body wise 16-18. At 16-18 the baby fat is gone and little to no woman fat has crept on.
