Hamzas shoulder injury prevention program worked great. Benched 3x a week for 12 weeks...heavy..and didn't have issues till week 10 and even that was minor and easily resolved with a lacrosse ball and some rest

Yea you're right about that. Got a lot of the "omg must be nice to be naturally lean, I'd kill for your body type" kind of comments.

I always go with it though lol. "Yea, just the luck of the draw I guess"

I can't blame you. If you're not hurting or worn out its tough to take a planned deload or week off. (Un)luckily I tend to have something come up every 12-16 weeks that requires a bit of rest. Usually the elbows, but that's most likely because of their structural situation lol.

I was at a CVS after my push day last we in a tank top (I rarely wear anything but Tshirts so this was abnormal) and the guy at the register asked where I lift because he's trying to switch gyms. I told him I don't lift and I got the strangest look. Was still 90% pumped cause all I did was cross the road from my gym..

Yea I'm sure it would help me overall and I will soon. But the percentages I've been working with the last few weeks (and will be working with until I deload) are not that serious and especially dropping cardio I should be fine

You're like 3 weeks into your reverse? About half way ish? Gonna be so piss when you get back to your normal training intensity and slowly add weight.

Same idea. I added food before cutting cardio though just because I preferred it that way.

The higher the reps you're using to estimate, the larger the margin of error. If you don't ever handle very heavy weight, your max will be much, much lower. For instance, a 245x10 for someone that never handles weights heavier than 7-8 will struggle with a max of 295. You should estimate your max based on no more than a 5 rep set for a reasonably accurate calculation.

At 245x10, my actual max was 305

Merlin. I don't doubt you've still got 3 plates in you. A while in a surplus and you'll be back where you were. Dat food rebound it always nice.

Just lol @ thinking about your ROM on every movement compared to mine. BRB even biceps curls have longer time under tension

I'd agree. Been doing more rep work so prob better at it. but last time I hit 315 I could barely get 225 for 12. Like the last 2 were awful reps haha. I'm generally much better at lower reps. But more so on things like deads. I'm good for 30ish more lbs on a 1rm dead max than a 1rm calc gives me for my reps.

lol Dan one time a buddy was spotting me in college my first time trying the 100lb dbs and he just started laughing after o kicked them up and afterwards I was like wtf m8. And he just said it looked like two twigs trying support boulders. Hopefully I'm a little bigger now so ROM doesn't look ridiculous

Late but iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin.

Finally got some blood tests done. I get results Friday morning.

For last few weeks I have cut out caffeine (brutal), bronkaid and artificial sweenters. I've also been making a point to get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Still feeling mostly like **** just less sleepy. I have a feeling the blood results may give some raging clues about wtf is wrong with me.

Caffeine and artificial sweeteners should be no issue to anyone imo as long as its moderate. Big cup of coffee with splenda and 2-3 diet sodas everyday crew.
I would flip if I went a day without coffee. If someone comes in here saying caffeine is bad for you - GTFO pls

trying to not think about the amount of artificial sweetener (not just suc, but ace-k, aspartame, sacch) i've put in my body this past year
MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.
