It's not good for you. I've seen long term studies that show it's bad for one's heart.

ephedrine is a bronchodilator as well as a stimulant, thats why its used as an asthma medicine. as the class implies it aids in dilation of the airways and breaks up mucous, this is why you get a permanent runny nose when you use it. the added oxygen intake also adds in fat loss, tho im not sure through which mechanism.

I use Bronkaid (for the ephedrine) as part of my EC /ECY stack...never get a permanent runny nose.

have had perm runny nose with both bronkaid and primantene its a p common issue guess you just lucky
