I can't see them not doing any prequels, it's going to be an instant success. I hope the final season doesn't end up corny and perfectly tying up everything in a neat bow.

I watched the first 4 seasons on deployment in like 420 and it was still GOAT.

Much better than hearing about what happens (you know you will) just so you can watch it in 1080 later

anybody know why the later seasons of this show has a lack of teddies / violence / gore, etc..like it's been watered down over the years.

There's still plenty of all of that. I think it's just that looking back on earlier seasons, it's easier to group together teddies/violence instead of remembering that those episodes/seasons were weeks and years apart at a time. If you watch the series in marathon format it doesn't seem like it dropped off much in terms of nudity/violence as much as it seems just looking back with your memory.

Arya killing Ser Meryn was one of the more brutal scenes in the series and happened during one of the most boring seasons.

i would love to see them do a prequel series starting with the tourney/lyanna and rhaegar, then going through Robert's rebellion, and ending with Ned and his boyos riding off to the Tower of Joy. If they executed this well it would be absolutely hnnng

I would love that, but I think that's better left for a movie.

A cooler series IMO would be something with more creative freedom like the rise/fall of Valeria and Targaryens taking over. That could last for almost as long as they wanted and could end with the start/ground work of Robert's Rebellion.

had an odd dream about dany surrounded by white walkers, they feel the fire/heat from her presence and she is either about to die or about to kill them. thats where it ends unfortunately. i was sent to another completely different dream.
