I know with your body probably most pics are gonna be flattering however you take them, but some not so much as others ..Right? Just please say yes to make me feel better

I put up some that are very unflattering because it's embarrassing and I want to be held accountable. Some I think are ok though.

That one miscer said my ass had gone full aunt Jemima so I told him different angles make it look a lot different.

Please don't strike me dead oh goddess of iron lol
lol....nah, we good, I like weirdo's, was just teasing you.....that stripper comment doe! ...I guess there is an inherent accountability in the mere posting of pics on here but how we feel about our own pics is of course subjective. I actually don't like those recent pics in the striped undies at all and didn't even want to post them but I was worried mcdojo was gonna burst an artery if I didn't (hehe)...except on here I never take body photos like that and seeing them actually made me add some rigor and purpose back into my workouts. ..So yeah, and I didn't even have to say all that just to make you feel better!

Not everyone has. I'm sick of people taking my photos and making silly cartoon photos with them.
Damn!! I'm glad I live in the south then because some silicone sweater puppies are gonna run me $5500 .

Still lots of money and i admit it's a semi-selfish thing to spend money on (Cept husband is gonna like them as much as I will) but I figure I am not like most women going out and buying new cars, retarded $500 bags, tons of clothes etc

I'm actually really frugal so stuff like that would be my only luxury you know?

I would never get a fake ass though lol. I agree with the poster that said it's kind of different because you can put the work in for an ass but once tits are gone they're gone unless you go buy some.

Boobs are just really fun to have and I miss them

Cool cool

And I can't believe you would not love every pic of yourself. Haha if I looked that good I'd have mirrors everywhere ...Jk.

Hey btw how long have you been at it working out? I know I'm starting at a disadvantage from having kids and getting fat but you think I can do a pretty good transformation by next year?

I don't have optimal ass genetics but I'm looking forward to seeing what happens when I bulk because it almost all goes straight to my butt ...and above it unfortunately :/

What I did give you advice, I told you to squat, but you were deluded and said your ass had a lot of muscle. Then you said the difference between HK was just angles, so I posted your one pic where you are in the SAME pose as her.

No you ******* I didn't say hers was all angles Lmao. She has an amazing body. There are pictures of EVERYONE'S ass/arm/leg or whatever that look different due to how high or how low you hold the camera.

Go get the pic where I am completely to the side if you wanna be a troll and argue. Get some more flattering ones and put those up ...or someone feel free to post it bc I can't on this phone.

My ass is nowhere near as big as hers and I'm not being deluded. I am here because I need to improve.

I think you are wanting drama but you're not gonna get It lol

Happy national pancake day! Here's just a few of the reasons why we love pancakes!

1. Pancakes are fun and flexible

By nature, pancakes are flat and perfect for stacking, plus they can be folded over or rolled up to hold their filling better. The batter can be made into all sorts of shapes, like animals for kids and hearts for Valentines Day, by using a squeeze bottle.

2. Pancakes are a great breakfast option

Quick and easy, pancakes can be cooked ahead of time and defrosted on the day. Fill them with bananas, berries or citrus fruit and honey to make a healthy(ish) breakfast, or go the full hog and spread them liberally with Nutella and sprinkle in some chocolate chips, you know, for texture.

3. Pancakes make a perfect weeknight dinner

Loved by some and hated by others, the savoury pancake can be filled with ingredients like smoked salmon and cream cheese, creamed spinach, creamy chicken and mushrooms we quite enjoy the cream theme and even bacon and scrambled eggs. Whats not to like about a vehicle for all your favourite foods? Throw in an impressive filling and no one will judge you for having pancakes for dinner.

4. Pancakes offer endless dessert options

These flat cakes are ideal for building easy, no-fuss desserts. The internet is an imaginative place: check out these red velvet pancakes made with cocoa, cream cheese and berries; apple pie pancakes; blueberry yoghurt pancakes; and triple chocolate pancakes.

5. Pancakes let you skip the store

All you need to make a batch of pancakes is cake flour, baking powder, eggs and milk, and a splash of oil for frying all ingredients bound to be on your almost-bare shelves at the end of the month. Pancakes can be matched with anything, really. Use your imagination!

Got in another gym session last night. Didn't notice any strength loss really.

I did feel a little weak at times yesterday but after time it passed. Overall with what I'm eating I feel fairly full. No extreme hunger pains.

On to day 4
--------------------

One thing I have really noticed since eliminating pretty much all dairy except coffee creamer and a bit of Greek yogurt is that my eczema has come back on my elbows.
It's only done that on two occasions. -When I got my back.tattoo, and when I've given up dairy in the past so I know my body is trying to tell me something.

I am lactose intolerant but over time I have been able to get to where I could eat most dairy.

I know with as sick as I got before that this is not good for my body, I was pretty much forcing my body to adjust and that my intestines were most likely in a constant state of inflammation.

I've read that the microvilli that line our stomachs are negatively affected if someone is allergic or intolerant to something yet eats it anyways.
Microvilli are important because they help us absorb nutrients.

I found out a few years ago I am vitmain D deficient. Probably not a coincidence.

My body is going through some changes with me eliminating sugar, dairy, and most carbs!

I LOVE dairy , but seeing these changes with my digestion and the excema really motivate me to not go back to eating dairy.

Dairy and bread/carbs are pretty much what my whole diet consisted of lol I will miss it!!!

Cliffs....

-I am fully aware most people don't follow through with this stuff. They start a log then you never see them again (not even to admit they failed) which gets on my nerves

-They start and then are too much of a p**** to keep going.

- if I haven't lost 10lbs in 4 weeks and look a lot better than y'all can neg me into Oblivion.

Stats

I'm 5'6" 29yo female. I weigh 137/139 lbs . Goal weight is 126- 130 . At this weight I will definitely have the problem areas gone: as I was this thin before I got married and had kids.

Have two problem.areas left - bra area fat and love handles above my ass.
This makes my ass look a bit more square than it really is. When this comes off my ass will be poppingbeen making lots of progress on it and now just need some mkre fat to come off (see profile pics)

Plan

I will deliver before and after pics at the end of this for the misc . So around April 21st or before if I reach my goal before then.

This is motivation enough knowing that I'm going to have to post before and after pics. Bikini time is coming and I want to be ripped this year!

Wish me luck! (Hopefully nothing I've typed causes this to be deleted)
You have a vagina. If you came back weighing 600lbs in 4 weeks some WK would rep you to green, so thread is pointless.

Happy national pancake day! Here's just a few of the reasons why we love pancakes!

1. Pancakes are fun and flexible

By nature, pancakes are flat and perfect for stacking, plus they can be folded over or rolled up to hold their filling better. The batter can be made into all sorts of shapes, like animals for kids and hearts for Valentine’s Day, by using a squeeze bottle.

Loved by some and hated by others, the savoury pancake can be filled with ingredients like smoked salmon and cream cheese, creamed spinach, creamy chicken and mushrooms – we quite enjoy the cream theme – and even bacon and scrambled eggs. What’s not to like about a vehicle for all your favourite foods? Throw in an impressive filling and no one will judge you for having pancakes for dinner.

4. Pancakes offer endless dessert options

These flat cakes are ideal for building easy, no-fuss desserts. The internet is an imaginative place: check out these red velvet pancakes made with cocoa, cream cheese and berries; apple pie pancakes; blueberry yoghurt pancakes; and triple chocolate pancakes.

5. Pancakes let you skip the store

All you need to make a batch of pancakes is cake flour, baking powder, eggs and milk, and a splash of oil for frying – all ingredients bound to be on your almost-bare shelves at the end of the month. Pancakes can be matched with anything, really. Use your imagination!

Thanks

Yes MyFitnessPal is great! It really keeps you honest. Before I used it I way overestimated my calories.

Im not sure if I want to post exactly how much I'm eating only because I'm trying to keep this thread positive and people may flame me for it idk.
It's really low carb and around 1k calories. I may just do that after I get done.

I do good when I stick to an eating routine consuming the same boring foods over and over.

My foods are-
Chicken thighs, eggs, salad, cabbage, veggies, coffee, water, very little peanut butter, plain oats, and cream cheese

If anyone can give me input to other foods I need to add please doI'm also taking a multi vitamin.

For me it's not.

How many people do you see that actually COMPLETE a log , reach their goal, and come back to post about it?

Google PSMF and see how many threads reach a few pages then OP is never seen or heard from again.
Most people give up.

This is true but again genetics and hormones play a large role in this. I can google a picture for a woman with DDD, E, F cups (natural) and her bf will not be obese. My wife has a LARGE chest and she has a petite frame, naturally. If she cuts weight she might drop a cup but that's about it.

Women, like men will drop weight in various places. Because of what might work from you or me, might not work for others.
