A Guard Rail On a Mountain Road Saves a Road Rally Driver

A driver at a road rally in the Canary Islands was saved by a guardrail when his car slid into it on a mountain highway on Friday. He was probably going too fast when he hit the curve, because it caused the car to slide and crash into the rail. There's a helicopter filming it and the driver jumps out and holds up a sign that reads "OK."

Boulders in Trees

In April 1997, a turkey hunter in Yellowwood State Forest, Indiana, came upon a huge sandstone boulder wedged between three branches of an oak tree about 35 feet from the ground. The arrow shaped rock was estimated to weight 500lb. Subsequently, four more large boulders were found wedged high up in trees elsewhere in the forest. All were in remote areas. None of the trees were damaged and there were no signs of heavy equipment begin used or of tornado damage and no one recalled any mishaps involving dynamite anywhere nearby.

If you took a nickel sized piece of the earth's core, it would weigh more than the entire population of the earth because of how dense it is.... can anyone confirm that this is actually true, because it's fu**ing wild if it is

Black bear gets stuck in car, honks horn

ROANOKE, Va. — The young black bear was probably looking for treats when he climbed inside a car in Virginia, but it managed to honk the horn.

Roanoke police say the 200-pound animal got stuck and blew the horn, rousing the car’s owners about 5 a.m. Thursday.

An officer was able to open the car’s back door, and the bear ran into the woods.

Police say snacks were inside the car and reminded people to keep their cars locked.

I don't know if that's true but you're right, if it is, that's crazynuts! But since you brought it up, here are three stats on the earths layers

1-The very center of the Earth is the core, which is mostly iron and nickel. The inner core is solid and measures 1,516 miles in diameter.
2-The outer core of the Earth is liquid metal – also mostly nickel and iron. Together, the inner core and outer core are about as large as Mars. The outer core is 1,408 miles in diameter.
3-The mantle is 1,800 miles deep.

i suffer from a mental disorder called intrusive thoughts. I imagine myself to be in certain scenarios that involve myself being provoked by groups of people and being perceived as the wrongdoer even though i know that i am not. Now this is where the disorder comes into play. Instead of dismissing the thoughts as just my imagination i feel as if they were real. These thoughts cause me to act out in real life as if i were in the situation because it's a way for me to cope and release my frustration. I'd sometimes yell and swear when im walking down the street or even run quickly in a certain direction as if i were charging at someone. The thing is whenever people ask me if im okay, I am able to rationally respond. I am able to discern the absurdity of these thoughts and have a rational conversation about why i am having these feelings, even during one of my "episodes."

Now an example of these thoughts would be myself waiting in line, and then some ass hole decides to call me out for "skipping" the line even though i know that i was waiting there the whole time. Somehow people would believe that person and next thing you know i am being condemned by whole groups of people for something i know i didn't do. This is what causes my reaction such as swearing or screaming.

A New Sandwich Uses a Giant Pickle as the Bun

Ever since people realized bread was evil they've been trying to find new substitutes for sandwiches, whether it was KFC using fried chicken as buns or Taco Bell . . . well . . . also using fried chicken as a taco shell.

1-A Greek taxi driver has the highest recorded mileage to date (2.9 million miles) on a Mercedes. He donated his car to the museum, and he was gifted a new car.
2-Honda Prelude was the first mass produced car that featured a mechanical 4-wheel steering system. In its debut year it beat every car in the slalom test, including Porsche and Ferrari.
