SFC Brian Siedl, 10th SFG soldier awarded the silver star, who lives 2 houses down from me... meditates in his yard for 12 mins/morning and keeps guns out of the open in his home because he states he doesn't want to lose his inherent appreciation for their power. Shoots only on ranges and CQB/etc.

Seems like a bad ass kinda guy to me.
