There's no easy way. Take the time you need to take, but don't let yourself get buried under the weight of the loss for too long. At some point, you have to make the conscious decision to continue living your life because grieving will not change the circumstances.
Also I thought you had me blocked. We're all going to make it, if we want to make it. If you suffered a loss, then I wish you the best of luck handling it. & most of all I hope that you can get back up and keep writing the book of your own story (no homo)

Oh.. and op should I change my behavior when I'm around certain people to make them like me? I feel this is being so fake (and idk if I could do it anyways)

So if you feel that that's something that you can't do, then I would work on it. Also maybe take a good look at how you think you're perceived. Just being the person that is always positive goes a long way. I'm sure if you were able to let your guard down you would be fine.Oh.. and op should I change my behavior when I'm around certain people to make them like me? Need some serious advice in regards to life choices (26 yrs, UK).
Just finished my second degree in a specialised course which will set me off for a life in the NHS doing the same thing, definitely longed out university to avoid the real world. The problem is the max I can ever earn in this career is around £40-50k, which isn't that great in the long run. The advantages are I can easily take career breaks, and its a 9-5 job Monday-Friday. Also, jobs open in different countries like Australia and New Zeland, as they are desperate for people doing my career so thats a big advantage for me.
Thing is I don't fully enjoy it but I don't really enjoy anything work related so I might as well do something that earns me decent money in the long run. Should I just start a career in a field where I can work up the company to earn big bucks as all my friends are earning £35k+ already, one is a Doctor one works in London so i'm falling way behind. I don't really feel passionate about any work related things, only things I feel passionate about is the gym and games (I know this is common). But my family and friends say I should go into the career ive studied for as I put an extra 4 years work into it. But once I start in the career I feel like i'll be there a long time.
Any thoughts?
