Just pure childish responses. The writing is on par with most sitcoms you see on TV, please go back and tune into a random episode from Seasons 1-5.
Reminds me of when you try to talk to people about the Walking Dead (which is actually WORSE than what GoT has been this season).

Then again considering the fact that movies like Transformers and FF8 are so popular should we really be surprised by what people like these days?

Its harder to get into a story when you have to wait a week for and episode and a year for a season, GOT was solid for me when binge-watching it.
