Muay Thai + Judo is a better option.
At my school I let the older black belt teenagers and adult black belts kick to the legs and punch to the face. Just not the kids.
But at tournaments, no, we can't do that lol. It's good for more than that, but that's what's mostly highlighted so I understand why you'd say that. I like it as a fundamental martial art - one to grow on and build off of.

bruh
Depends on your level of hard body conditioning. Back when I trained for this I could give around 90% power into a punch against a cement wall without issue. We trained for this as a last resort in a self defense situation and for breaking demonstrations, same goes for shins.

Some of the other guys also did forearms and elbows but I never got into that.

Having that kind of conditioning is a double edged sword though. Sure, you can drill someone in the head and be fine but you are also basically hitting someone in the head with a rock. The more clean the hit the more likely you will be dealing with charges.

That kind of conditioning also takes years. Not only that but you look like a freak, google 'conditioned knuckles'.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

BTW for those dogging BJJ/grappling - you need it sometimes; think of being at a family event with a drunk Uncle that's kicking off - you can't just go and KO the dude!

What would be better would be taking him down and controlling him till he calms down and if needs be put him to sleep.

Combat Sambo is interesting - legit what the Spetsnaz get trained in. Incorporates Boxing, Judo, Wrestling... About finishing the fight fast.

I heard you'll break your hand if you punch someone hard in the face.

wrestling/bjj/boxing

wrestling is the most important martial art because you can control a person and subdue them without harming them too much.

Avoid street fights tho, too much legal **** involved just walk away and be the bigger person.

Gun Kata.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
