People are just rude.

Today's gripe is always having to run errands on my lunch breaks. No time or desire to go at night with the crowds.

Your progress is amazing, so keep at it. PSMF is not a comprehensive and sustainable lifestyle change, which weight loss should be.

Had to pick up a patient at a rehab facility that was short of breath. Guy had no wife, no kids, no family except a brother he never talked to. Spent 30 years working for the government which exposed him to harmful chemicals that destroyed both his lungs. He has most of both lungs removed even though he's never smoked a cigarette in his life. He told me that all his friends from work are dead, he's the last one left, almost 80 years old. Nicest guy I've ever met, super positive and thanked me for taking care of him on the way to the hospital. The sadness in his eyes though, ****.....almost lost it after that call and it wasn't even a critical patient or anything. Super nice, completely screwed by the good ol' US of A, no one in his life to give a **** about him and thanking me for the 10 minutes I spent with him listening to his stories and making sure his heart/lungs were in order.

Meanwhile I see 15+ patients a day who are the most useless pieces of **** in society and tell me I'm a **** person for not giving them morphine when they want drugs, etc. Fck this planet. (srs) There's no justice anywhere.

You've done a great job with progress, but your long term solution is going to be consistent dieting and training. You can definitely do it, and it will be more enjoyable if on a normal calorie deficit.
definitely, and thanks that made me feel a bit better, I still see myself as I was two years ago and not how I look now. Got a dress that I thought was my size but is way bigger than I thought, still gonna wear it lol

Yeah, six weeks were fine, help with avoiding over eating and bringing on holiday food and treats since we only ate on the holiday but not the leftovers. Maybe I'll try this again at the end of the journey but I just couldn't anymore it was too much and yesterday was enough with almost crying cuz I ran out of calories at 8pm and was starving

Got a new job, moved to Phoenix and hate this place.

Brb turn into a mummy every time I walk outside
Brb sinuses have exploded. I can't blow my nose without the tissue looking like a murder scene
Brb can't sleep through the night without waking up because my mouth is now one with the desert sand.

Also, I am having a lot really disturbing nightmares recently.

Kind of interested in this post, however, since I'm considering moving to the Southwest (or south somewhere).

Hope you don't work outside or you're gonna pass out, Srs. Gatorade and a big of carbs will hopefully hold you up. Definitely don't recommend the gym.

I'll try to be nicer to you from on. That's pretty tough to deal with.

I'm in LA which is not nearly as dry as Arizona, but humidity dips down into <20% sometimes and nose bleed galore.

Obviously I understand the circumstances and feel horrible for my roommate and understand this is just what good friends do, but fukkkkkkkkk. I dont want to clean this whole thing. I want to leave everything the way it is right now At least I have 3 days. Were all gonna make it fam.

I'm kind of back and forth between Florida and Arizona. The Carolinas come up, but honestly isn't it just as hot and humid in the summer as Florida, without having the benefit of awesome winters?

I love the southwest, but I'm usually in Colorado and Utah. I haven't had to deal with summer in Phoenix, so that might be a deal breaker even though hot, dry heat doesn't bother me.

100% sure that people are cranky here because they live in a hell hole. You can tell it by the way they drive and scream at traffic.

Portland to Phoenix. 10/10 lush rainforest to -350/10 barren wasteland. The humidity change is wrecking me. No allergies in the 5 years I lived in Portland.
