Yes, Americans have done worse. But generally speaking, the people America fight do much worse, intentionally.

Just based on how they were acting in the beginning it seems they were unaware of how many soldiers they were up against and how much firepower they were up against.

Pretty sure the truck was already pretty shredded when it was (barely) moving.

Can't say for sure why they did/didn't do anything, but these guys were more highly trained than anyone else on this board and whatever they did was 2nd nature based on their training.
Word is they wanted to neutralize an ISIS emir in the area, and a civilian in the area probably tipped them.

What's interesting is ISIS released it unofficially, and they don't have the original, raw footage - which is probably why they released it unofficially

There's a few stories out there. I've heard they deviated from a plan when they thought they could get intel on a ISIS commadner in the area. I've heard a local meeting got held up by ISIS supporters so the ambush could get set up, and what you just eluded to. Really, it doesn't matter. It's a war and there will be loses and these guys faced a foe who drastically outmanned and outgunned them. That's a losing battle 99.99% of the time. Most of the time America is on the 99.99% side, this time we were not. Getting your position tipped off by people is pretty much standard procedure.

They went near a village and the village leader asked for medicine for sick children and he had numbers called in his phone to known militants. They arrested him

why did they move that soldier at the end to a different position to shoot him again, when they had already shot him while he was lying on the ground? those last shots and the blood flowing at the end really boiled my blood so bad

Yup. I found another YT video of it in arabic, comments were frightening and a stark reminder of the evil in this world. Big reason why I (legally) carry a firearm with me every single day.

It was one that was unedited (showed the dead soldiers face,as the soldier with the go pro checked on him and rolled him over)..that same guy with the gopro on showed him getting shot down and you could see his hand getting shot up and tendons and gore bursting out right before one guy opens up on him and the blood gushing all over the go pro.

Honestly, If I were CIA i'd have enough work for a whole month going through the comment section and assessing risks
