this is not a good opinion. maybe if you compare it to the FS1 american commentators.

the BBC/sky sports commentators are epic.

im still pissed the USMNT didn't qualify. they were one of my favourite stories from last WC

Interesting that Russia draws the weakest team in the field as their first game. Smells fishy

fifa's been fixing groups for decades.

Argentina has been draw with nigeria in 4 out of 5 world cups, for example. the odds of that are like 1 in a million

Is Nigeria an easy match for them?

not sure if srs. they qualified out of the group stages with portugal and germany in their group. ghana were also favoured ahead of them.

vs ghana: 86th minute winner
vs portugal: came from behind to lead 2-1 (one was an absolute screamer, portugal then equalise at the death)

tim howard was up there with navas for goalkeeper of the tournament imo. if you just go by them being knocked out in the R16 without taking into context what happened, and how competitive they were then you clearly didn't watch the tournament.

noone thought that they would win the whole thing lmao

morocco vs iran - just lol at this game. morocco because they probably suck less.

spain vs portugal - probably portugal cuz spain is in shock without their manager. ronaldo's most likely gonna have a chit performance

Maybe if you swapped Brazil and Argentina. Both Germany and Brazil are on the bottom half of the bracket.

Greizmann stays at Athletico?

What a cock tease.

Will get sold to some hack Manchester team or Chelsea when he is past his prime.

Don't know whether to respect his loyalty or judge his lack of ambition. Should have joined United last summer

Brazil are likely to be the most attacking but I wouldn't call them "direct", depends on exactly what you mean, England will be direct but for us that just means long ball football and no skill
