I really don't GAF if some Dbag thinks he has so many more options than me. I wouldn't want someone with that mindset anyway. What do I want? I want someone who is loyal, kind, compassionate, a hard worker (I don't care what he does so much as that he is able to put his head down and work hard) lives a healthy lifestyle and is active/fit. I offer all of those things in return. Of course I want to be attracted to someone, but it doesn't take a Chad or model for that to happen, a lot of it has to do with the mental connection. I have always said that is as important to me as the physical. So there's your answer and if you come at me cussing like you did in the last thread I tried to have a rational discussion with you I'm not going to continue to respond to you.I was going to post something similar to this. I'm going to direct this to all of the 40+ year old females on the misc who have a sense of entitlement (you know who you are)
A man who ticks all the boxes you want will have plenty of options other than you. Plenty of options from women are younger, probably make less money (appreciate him more) and probably won't have bank account requirements of him. What specifically do you have to offer him that would make you worthwhile over someone like that?
We all know silencespeaks likes to dodge these sorts of questions so I'm not expecting a response from her. But how about the others? Legz I know you're lurking this thread so plz respond. Srs I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm genuinely curious how this sort of mindset comes about.

My theory behind the Dad Bod is some guys just get lazy and let themselves go. And once, you do, it's hard to come back from it. Eating a cheeseburger is a lot easier than having an 1 egg 3 egg white veggie omelet.
I really am 49. And if I drink or eat, everything goes to my lower abdomen. It's just the way it is. However, I workout 5-6 days a week, doing kettlebells, lifting playing sports or running.
But, I'm just maintaining because I really love to eat/drink and everyone knows it's 80% diet. Am I cut?, no, but in really good shape, which could be great if I lost 5-8 lbs. The other issue when you get older and try to cut, it takes the features out of your face. A little fat makes you look younger in the face. A cut will Mae you look 5 years older and as if you are sick.
In the winter if I can tuck my shirt, maintain 34 waist in pants and not show flab, perfect. In summer, 5 lbs. less.

I understand that's not how dating works. All you can do is decide for yourself what your preferences are and what your dealbreaker requirements are. Then you either get lucky and find someone who meets them, or you don't and you stay alone. There's no "deserving" in dating because it takes two people.
All I've said (repeatedly) is that I'd rather be alone than date someone I'm not attracted to.

Anyone wants to cliff the thread? I dunno what’s going on anymore.
My bf actually caught me looking at the wings bigger than shoulders dude and asked me why I’m looking up dadbods on a bodybuilding forum. Thank god he didn’t see that’s I have an account and made the thread. Some of y’all have crazy standards for dadbods, I wouldn’t call anyone with 16% body fat and lift a little having dadbod. Considering the average guy in their 30s do not lift at all and probably more like 25% body fat.

My older brother falls into this, he's 6'0 and 180 pounds, and women always found him more attractive despite me being more in-shape simply because he was bigger and stronger. Which is why I found it so weird that people use it negatively now. This has been popping up in a few threads. I just want to see examples of what you guys consider dad bod.
I guess an example of this might be Steven Crowder from the Louder with Crowder show?

IE the average father walking down the phuckin street.
Most men never touch a weight in their life. People that lift are in a small small minority of the population.
