Under direct moon or sun light is the way to go for a full experience, lol if you use artificial lights of any kind or pitch black rooms.

Only found one “survey” online about this. And it’s the opposite results as here. 40% switch on and off depending on partner. 40% keep lights off. 20% keep lights on. Interesting that bodybuilding community vs general public yield such different results.

Doesn't matter..whatever happens naturally. If the lights are on and we start hooking up, I'm not going to turn them off.....but if the lights are already off, I'm not going to get up just to turn them on. I have floor to ceiling windows in my room anyway so It's never dark unless my window covers are completely down. Moonlight and city lights are always streaming in so it's never purely dark. Bed is right near my windows as well
