I'm almost 36. I'm already old age wise.

I feel great though, aside from actually being lazy to workout everyday after work.

But i don't look my age, don't have any pimples or winkles on my face. I don't get sick. I don't get tired (and i'm on my feet all day since i work in a hospital).

I'm like lebron james, durable as phuck. Meanwhile my co-worker who is all about that "fit life" now. Eats really healthy and goes to the gym everyday, doesn't even touch one cookie or potato chip. And that dude is sick at LEAST once a month.

I do wanna workout just for the confidence, nevermind about gaining anything. I don't care about that chit anymore.
