You'll be fine in a few months... if you have even an ounce of testicular fortitude.

Don't expect to stop dreaming about her though... I still dream about my ex almost weekly and it's been about 2 years since I split with her.

One week of mourning for every six months you were together. Get back at it in 6 weeks or less!

To hell with circumstances, create opportunities.
Do you know about the Federal Reserve?

If not, find out here:

It sucks but that infinitely better than trying to cling on to a chick that wants to f*ck off from you. If you ever think of getting in touch w/ her, realize that wouldn't improve her perception of you and that she'd mainly consider getting back with you out of pity/nostalgia/some other superficial and transient feelings.

I'd also avoid getting into some salty sloot gonna sloot mentality cause that will get you worked up for no reason. Realize that you aren't really a victim, you didn't get scammed, f*cked over or anything like that. Most relationships aren't meant to last for decades, people come and go and it's all normal.

Text her to let you know you are thinking of her.
Send her flowers and chocolates out of the blue to show her what a thoughtful caring gentleman you are.
On her birthday, buy her an expensive gift to show her that she is worth fighting for.

Hey man, been there done that. Its part of being a man, it makes you stronger and prepares you for the future. Every man has to go trough a heartbreak at least once in his life to really grow into the best man he can become, and its better to go trough it while you are still young, imagine a 40 year old dude going trough the same **** because his wife left him for his best friend, and he has no experience with heartbreaks. Brb losing job, losing friends, losing sanity.

You have to go trough this crap bro, and in the future, you will be grateful because this situation will have taught you something very valuable. Imagine if you have kids, and 20 years down the road, your teenager boy is going trough a heartbreak. You will know how it feels, and you will know how to help him. "Listen son, i went trough the same thing decades ago, i was dead inside, just like you are, and ill tell you the most important thing you need to know right now, and im speaking from experience: it gets better, this shall pass".

Its tough man, but it truly changes you. I can tell you one thing for sure, judging by the way she is breaking up with you, still saying i love you and **** like that, she will be back. After tasting several dicks, and not connecting with either of them or after a bad breakup with one of the new guys, she will remember you and she will contact you. "I made a mistake".

This is coming from someone who took a betraying woman back: Dont do it, DONT DO IT, DONT EVER BREAK NC. That is NOT a lesson you need to learn, that is overkill. Dont fukin ever take her back, dont ever accept to be disposable to anyone. Never.

Start lifting, fix your haircut, get new clothes, get leaner, work harder, earn more money, read more books, become the best version of yourself you possibly can. Thats what you will do know, in case you are wondering "oh no what am i going to do with my life now". The answer is, you going to own it bitch, and you going to experience the biggest growth of your life.

Not all girls are like that brah.

Dated a girl for 3 years, same damn thing. I love you, dont want to hurt you but want to bang other guys and have you not hate me and maybe we can get back together down the road after I'm banged out.

I was an emotional wreck that had to reinvent myself.

I look back and thank God I went NC. Always no hate when I would see her but damn lifes good, married with 3 kids. No regrats.

Keep your head up, focus on improving yourself and get out and enjoy life. One day that girl will come along and change everything for you.

This just wasn't that girl for you. This is the girl that gives you motivation to better yourself, so get to it.

Better late than never OP. 95% of women I have ever met are disloyal to their boyfriend/husband in one way or another. I get so sick to the stomach every time a girl will come on to me and then I find out she has a boyfriend or husband. It's a literal disease that plagues modern society. This is why it's so hard for me to trust any girl knowing how many ****ed up humans we have on this planet.

your mind is a complex thing brah, you'll think she'll never find anyone like you and she'll think you'll never find anyone like her

end of the day, this generation of people we're all very very similar, if attraction is there we'll find reasons to relate to each other and think we're soul-mates when in reality we're just desperate to feel attachment to something

you'll find another person to fall in love with, don't get too deep with it just train, fuk about and enjoy life cuzzy, I had the exact same situation a few weeks ago, mine was only 2 and a half years but after 1 year it's all the same shyt anyway.

The most important thing in life is /yourself/. Happiness can be found anywhere in life, whether it be through finding a relationship with someone who shares your interests and enjoying life together, or finding a passion in life and finding enjoyment out of that, women aren't the be all and end all bro.

Life is life, people come and go, just because she was your GF of 3 and a half years don't think that makes it any more heavy, it's just part of your story, she could have known you 5 months 3 years 15 years it doesn't matter, when its over its over and you move onto the next experience brah.

What I'm trying to say is, stop giving a shyt bro and go experience your next event, that's all life is, a series of events then death, depressing but true, so make sure it's good af while your here.
RIP BIG RICHARD

Loyalty is hard to come by.
Also this is complete bollocks.

I manage a night club for a living, I see examples every night of loyal people and disloyal people, not everyone is a disloyal ****, this is a common MISC delusion, I've seen 6/10 girls who are borderline 5/10's reject 9/10 chad's during power hour where everyones trying to bang, just out of loyalty to their significant other, yet I've seen 9/10's with chad boyfriends cheat with 6/10 student guys who have no right banging that tier of female, cheating is a situational thing, it has **** all to do with someones personality, it occurs out of certain events. (however don't get me wrong, if you cheat on your significant other completely sober without any reasoning, you're a very sick individual, there's no excuse for not just cutting ties beforehand.)

Men are just as bad as women are, we're all the same. We like to fuk and when alcohol is involved it doesn't matter whether you have a cock or a vagina, if you're that way inclined to being a kunt you'll cheat or you don't cheat, loyalty isn't a gender specific thing, it's to do with your personality and your outlook on morality and life.

not everyones a ****, don't blame your own failures on social misconceptions, you're just making yourself look like a *******.

also stop being fukkin insecure, finding someone attractive isn't cheating. you think I'm gonna go cry because my gf would fuk channing tatum, no. think my gf would go cry that i'd fuk emily ratajkowski- ... ofc she wouldn't. cheating is a physical thing.
RIP BIG RICHARD

Lol at my own failures. I don't have problem getting girls buddy. Where is the failure at? The reality is loyalty is one of the hardest traits to come by, not just women but also men.

Bruh i've literally had LOADS of hot gf's and loads of breakups.

One thing I learned. There is no point being too upset about it, we always end up with some other hot girl anyway.

end of the day, this generation of people we're all very very similar, if attraction is there we'll find reasons to relate to each other and think we're soul-mates when in reality we're just desperate to feel attachment to something

you'll find another person to fall in love with, don't get too deep with it just train, fuk about and enjoy life cuzzy, I had the exact same situation a few weeks ago, mine was only 2 and a half years but after 1 year it's all the same shyt anyway.

Cliffs:

She wasn't yours, it was just your turn.

She will not always love you. In fact she fell out of love with you months ago. She’s getting ****ed by chad and Tyrone every night of the week. Happens to all of us. What matters is how you move forward.

If you got no kids feel blessed you can have a clean break without having to see her again. Ull be fine.
