Not fuking project housing. Theres a certain quality of life that's implied when living in apartments like these. Not to mention the noise is against city code as well as apartment policy.

I realize you're going to hear noises. This is far beyond that.
I paid $2100 for a 1bdrm penthouse in North Scottsdale.

Was nice at the time, met some good contacts, but once you realize they're rentcels you judge. I met one though that had a house even further north and his penthouse there was just his office and he was self employed. drove a dope range. met a couple older ****s with an I8 and a couple 'rraris i didnt get to meet the owners of. But ya. if you know money, you don't rent. was still fun though, nice place, nice gym, nice pool, nice area. my backyard was Scottsdale Quarter srs. fun for sloots esp.

move on after 13 months (free month if u signed 12mo lease) to a legit house. i own. maybe 5min away down the same road.

Her note was just to appease you with doing as little as she can to resolve it. Did any of the other neighbors get the same note?

Everyone has different situations. I moved here for work and still havent decided whether or not I want to stay or transfer somewhere else.

The housing market isnfuking retarded as well. I'll lose my ass within the next few yesrs if I buy at the current prices.

TBH, if you're hearing so much noise that it's that bothersome, the apartment you're in was built with **** materials and is overcharging the hell out of you.

Hardwood flooring? I'm guessing there's no soundproofing between floors. You're **** out of luck. Doesn't matter what she does, if that dog walks around upstairs you'll hear it.

You're in one of those cheaply made apartment complexes in a high demand area that's charging you based solely on location, and not the quality of the actual apartment. Most luxury apartments just give the place a paint job and say "ooooh stainless steel". Guarantee they went with low end materials that look nice.

Find a new apartment. You rent it you dont own it, this is the best part about renting you can up and leave any time you want. If you paid a deposit and you are worried about losing it, discuss with your landlord you will be moving out due to the noise and ask if you can get your deposit back before your lease is done. If they say no have a new place ready for when your lease is up if you cant afford to lose your deposit.

This seems pretty easy.

You said she's hot. Meet up with her, get free pizza and drinks, then anger smash her for a while until you're done with it.

Then continue complaining as you see fit.

What's the issue? Smash and still complain

Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

BS I had a friend live in an actual luxury apartment that was solid concrete floors and ceilings. Place was legit quieter than my house. $1600 a month in Sacramento for a 2 bedroom apartment downtown.

BS yourself. Everyone has a friend who knows a friend who did this or that. I could say the same thing.

Not to mention this isn't a downtown concrete highrise retard. It's in a suburb of a big city. Again.. besides the point. You can hear the dogs barking from the hallways and also from the sidewalk outside.

As tempting it might be to smash, i would say don't. You'll lose all leverage plus you might get me too'd.

Documenting how? Recording the noise on your phone or just writing it down?

Also while it may be the smartest choice not to take her bait, it certainly makes for a less entertaining thread. Regardless good luck with the noise.
