I know two people that actually have anxiety, and it impacts their day to day life. It is noticeable.

I swear if I hear a chick say "omg my anxiety" or post about it another time on instagram again, I'm gonna blow my top. This has to be one of the most annoying trends right now.

Or does more than half the population suddenly have this made up "anxiety."
I have anxiety on becoming a baldcel faqqet like you.

A lot of hate for those with actual problems.
You're also the alcohol addict who was talking about having withdrawals last week.

It's perfectly reasonable to think someone like you would be doing something to get high, which is what got you in your position.

Bingo.

The pills are what they're interested in.

As I pointed out, they cause sides which make for more pills, which cause more sides, etc.

Scary prospect of getting tied up in the medical system cause they'll bleed you dry.

I have anxiety when driving on a busy highway, but crowds or public speaking or the other triggers don't really get to me. I was treating it by keeping test levels somewhat high but my doc said that at my age I shouldn't use HRT for anxiety. For reference I was only running around 730 and high normal is 800. He wants me at 400-500.

IDGAF about people in social situations getting sweaty but when I'm next to a tractor trailer at 70 mph in the rain with my kids sleeping in the back seat, I really need a level head. If they make a pill that will keep me chill in that situation I'll take it.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Society has changed, but our primitive brains haven't changed at the same pace. That's why someone who never leaves their room will have the same fear response when going to a social gather as a caveman who was outcast from a tribe fending for their safety.

The more you socialize (face to face) the less anxiety you will feel daily, and vice versa.

The reason anxiety is boomed now is because people started replacing most of their face to face social interactions with computer screens and phone screens.

Don't overcomplicate it.
