As far as the 22 inch biceps, i don't know if accurate. But i do know he had an arm measurement contest with jesse ventura, and he ended up beating jesse. It's a funny video.

And as far as lifting 5 hours a day. It seems possible. Arnold lifted twice a day, morning and at night.
And a lot of bodybuilders commented on his volume work. 2.5 hour training sessions on gear doesn't seem impossible.

If he had to lie then he would flat out deny taking it. But stating he only took a little makes no sense.
Little or a lot, it's still against the law.

That video was pretty funny. He's always been incredibly charismatic, but far from honest. 6'2" is quite a stretch, but 22 inch arms are literally impossible. He would look so comically top-heavy if it was true (it's not even close). As for insane volume, pre-contest probably, but not year-round. Bottom line, he exaggerates a lot, if he could go back in time he'd probably claim natural like Mike. When he first admitted to using it wasn't illegal btw.

94 is not that controversial. Front relaxed was always his worst pose, smashed Ray in most of the rest.

PFFFFTTTTT. Dorian absolutely dwarfed Shawn Ray. Theres one (1) pic where Shawn Ray looks better and it's the pic you posted. Even suffering an injury Yates still mogged the entire stage. It's revisitonist history to say that Ray should have won since Shawn's been crying about it for nearly 20 years. Also it was Ronnie's insulin abusing ass that really popularized the bubble gut look.

now how it works, more =/= better no matter how many drugs. Arnold is a smart dude he'd have learned that real early on in his career

and if you want to dig around and find interviews of guys he competed against supposedly he was famous for being able to take more than the next 3 guys combined, him and franco supposedly would fly over to europe and come back with suitcases of a certain type of dat dere no one else could really get their hands on at the same capacity in the states
