I thought a great man once said not to judge people by the color of their skin but by the content of their character?

So the problem is white and straight? So if all the directors are white but two of them are gay, then that's alright? Sexual orientation > race I guess.

Leftists do not actually believe their own bulls*it.
They do not actually believe Trump is a white supremacist.
They do not actually believe the "OK" sign is a symbol of white supremacy.
They do not actually believe in "equality", or else they would not talk with black people like they're retarded (https://www.psychologicalscience.org...-contends.html)

So the argument still being put out. 100% white boards, DEFINITELY no racism involved. Have to accept a minority candidate or two DEFINITELY racist.
You people are something. And I guess the NFL only has 3 black coaches because only white guys are qualified to coach?

Sure, there used to be racism involved that prevented minorities from getting hired. 75 years ago. Those days for the most part are gone. You are always going to have some bigots-ON BOTH SIDES, that won't hire blacks or whites or hispanics, but we have come a long way from outright racism and in 30 years things will be even better.
Just don't force it. That is pandering and not fair to everyone.
As for NFL coaches, I already discussed this. A few years ago there were 7 or 8 black coaches out of 32....so 25%. Which is a much higher rate than the 13% blacks that exist in the US. Go to any high school or college football program. For whatever reason, the majority of people who are interested in coaching have been white. Hence they go on to be NFL coaches. Nobody is saying "we can't hire this black guy even if he is the best candidate". No. Teams want to win no matter what color the coach is.
You never mention the ratio of black to white players in the NFL, or the NBA when black players are clearly in the majority of THOSE sports. However, we constantly hear it regarding baseball, and hockey. When will it end? I'm sick and tired of hearing the race card pulled when it only supports their agenda. It should be the best person for the job at hand no mater if that person happens to be black, white, brown, purple, yellow, pink etc.

As for the gays and the cake. That is a religious issue and completely different because of how stupidly religious our world still is. I don't understand it but it is what it is and until we move past that, religious freedom and beliefs take precedent over almost anything.
The NFL and its owners being white? I don't know. I mean the NFL is hiring black NFL coaches and in management positions. As I said a few years ago there were 7 or 8 head NFL coaches. Trends come and go in the NFL. Right now the trend is to hire young innovative offensive guys. In 5 years it could be old defensive coaches. Some more may be black. I certainly don't believe there is any effort to prevent black coaches from being hired. In fact quite the opposite as the NFL created the Rooney rule years ago that requires all teams to interview at least one black potential.
Plus, look at the trend in NFL Qbs. It is gone from taller more immobile WHITE pocket passers to smaller, more mobile, running, BLACK RPO (run pass option) Qbs.
Why? Because NFL owners and teams want to win and right now that is the trend that teams are going to. That certainly is not racism. They could care less what color the qbs are.
Just win baby.

Nothing you ever say makes sense. BRB only 3 black coaches, brb disregard that most players in the NFL are black.
3 black coaches comes out to 9% of coaches being black. Black population in the US is 14%. The NFL has 1696 players, and 68% of them are black. So why aren't you crying about that? Should we be fair, and hire one more black coach for the NFL, and get rid of 981 black players to even everything out?

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...boards-in-ipos
As Goldman Sachs Group Inc. moves to increase diversity on corporate boards, the investment bank isn’t extending the initiative to a particularly challenged region: Asia.
Chief Executive Officer David Solomon revealed this week that starting in July the bank won’t handle initial public offerings for companiesthat lack either a female or diverse director. But the rule applies only to IPOs in the U.S. and Europe. Asia’s exclusion is striking, given how common all-male boards are in the region. Other bastions of male dominance, including Latin America and the Middle East, also went unmentioned.
A Goldman spokeswoman said the bank will consider implementing the plan in Asia and other regions over time after consulting with its clients, as diversity awareness improves in those areas and that it will consult with its clients in those areas to improve board diversity.
“Nowadays there’s no excuse for companies to have non-diverse, all-male boards,” said Fern Ngai, CEO of Community Business, a Hong Kong-based group that advocates for responsible and inclusive business practices. Goldman “should include Asia. I don’t see why they don’t.”
Goldman is initially targeting regions where corporations have come further in making women a part of top-level decision-making. In California, new legislation mandates board diversity, with fines for noncompliance. Asia lags behind not just the U.S. and Europe, but also global leader Africa in the proportion of women on company boards, McKinsey Global Institute reported late last year.
A study by index provider MSCI Inc. of companies in its global benchmarks last month showed about 33% of firms in Japan had no female board members, one percentage point worse than China and Hong Kong. By comparison, that figure was 1% in the U.S., while it was 94% in Saudi Arabia.
Recent high-profile IPOs in Asia showed a paucity of female representation, with no women on the boards of Xiaomi Corp. and Meituan Dianping, which raised almost $10 billion combined in 2018. Goldman had a leading role in both those offerings.
The bank was the biggest underwriter of IPOs in the U.S. and Europe last year. It had a more modest market share in Asia, coming in 19th, according to Bloomberg league tables. Goldman was an adviser on 86 IPOs in 2019, ranking sixth globally among underwriters.

Do I have that correct?

What's not understandable is someone who is 52 years old having no logic or common sense.

Football players = readily observable physical talent
Football coaching = not readily observable and often placed into positions based on who you know
And I make no sense?

Guess they should require a couple of slots to non-blacks, MUH RACISM!
