Welcome to the club brah. I have mild symptoms and my sister had no symptoms except for loss of taste and smell. I'm past the hard part and now just dealing with the residual stuff.

Exercise was an absolute no go.Just remembered my resting heart rate was 110 bpm when I was at my worst. The chit you described that made you feel better (if no troll) would have made me feel like death. Walking just around my apartment got my heart going really badly, which then would lead to more dizziness, coughing and the headache worsening. Exercise is really not a good idea from my experience with this.

Worth noting, I'm pretty sure this ran through my family in january. No one had anything more than fever symptoms and everyone one is okay.
There's 4 of us, me the wife (late 30s) two kids(3 and 1), the my daughter had a cough and was achy(3), my sons had a bad fever for 5 days which is abnormal, and now that I think of it was probably lightheaded or dizzy since he was stumbling and falling more than normal(1), my wife had a headache and was feeling very tired for several days. Me, I had a headache for a few hours.
We are all generally healthy, no one is use to obese, I am by 1950s standard but that's a whole other topic. And everyone is fine.
This was in january, which is the same time my whole office was sick with the same symptoms.
Me the wife and my daughter have a strengthened immune system due to exposure of everything under the sun from her daycare, so I assume we have some built up immunity.

Thanks to everyone who's wished me well, I'm thankful that I'm not in any of the at risk categories. I really hope anyone in one of those categories is taking every precaution possible to ensure their health.

How did they test for it at the doctors/hospital?
Blood test? Saliva? What?
I heard they have to basically shove a long stick up one of your nostrils for a couple minutes and it's uncomfortable as hell.

You want to avoid getting this at all costs, my chest feels all sorts of fuked up when I cough and I can see why anyone with some sort of underlying condition gets put in the hospital. It's relentless on my body/immune system.

OP,
I would suggest to watch this video to get an overall of what is happening.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtN-goy9VOY
And see if you can get Plaquenil. It is being touted to treat this illness.

what are the 1st symptoms you started having? for how many days ?
what was the 2nd phase like? did the symptoms change? or increase in gravity?
what made you realize you were corone'd ?
you feeling better now? if yes , how did the symptoms start to subside? did the coughing start slowing down? lesser pain when it came to your headache?

I didn't realize I had corona, I knew something was really fuking weird with how I was feeling and the fever came on really quickly so I just want to check the boxes. They tested me for the flu which came back negative so the next test was for coronavirus.
The cough is bad right now still, when I cough it activates the crap out of my headache and at this point my abs are very fatigued from coughing so much. Right now it feels like a mild flu but I think I'm about 5 days past the worst of the symptoms now.
