Strong double standards
It's definitely not ok at all but it's kinda like well what did you expect saying that sort of thing. I wish the owners had a gun instead of a 2x4 so they would be just shot dead but that wasn't the case, sayin that word is just adding fuel to a fire. Don't fight fire with fire.

FYI I'm white, the word doesn't offend me at all obviously. But people should know that saying that word is gonna escalate the situation.

She called them the N word when they were walking away. They were no longer vandalizing the property at that point. No one is in the right here, but what could've been a simple case of property damage, ended up turning into physical assault because the lady decided it was a good idea to fan the flames of racial tensions by using the most disgusting word in American English.
It was all just satire. Sorry if I offended anyone with my trolling and sickening posts. Peace and love to everyone.

this. Fiancé is Puerto Rican and calls black people negritos, and always have to remind her now that she's here there's some people sensitive and may not like hearing her saying that in passing. But yet every other lyric in a rap song utilizes said forbidden word...

negro is different from *igger... and they call people negro in other countries because that's the word for black in their language, and english is not the main tongue there, they aren't just gonna be speaking their language and then randomly say "black guy." calling someone a negro when speaking english, in an english speaking country is not the same thing

Same thing goes for "white boy" and "cracker". Both are racial slurs but using them isn't controversial. In Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Brazil, etc "negro" is not the main word for black. The main word is "preto" (that literally means black)

"Negro" comes from the latin word "Niger" that means "black/dark"...

The world came to a fookin' halt a week ago when a white woman said she would call the police and tell them that an "African-American male is threatening her" (which it turned out that he was). Fookin' 30-page thread on the misc about it. Front page news all over the western world. Insane.
