All bad stuff to be sure, but in my opinion it doesn’t even begin to touch Nanking or 731. Like stated previously I really can’t fathom the concept of raping another person much less to do so systematically, every day, for 6 months. The stuff you mentioned, as terrible as all of it was, served somewhat of a purpose, most of the chit that happened in Nanking that I’m aware of just pure evil being inflicted on people on a very personal basis for entertainment purposes.

lol no they didnt. There wasnt even 10 million native americans in america at the time. If your talking about the time before their independence, most died of the flu when the Europeans came.

He didn’t anything he said “you don’t have to” meaning the option to do so is still there should they still wish to apologize. And he’s not wrong, it serves zero practical purpose to apologize for something you didn’t do or were even alive during.

As cruel and terrible as the Nanjing massacre was, I still think the Communist Party of China was a lot worse especially during Mao's reign. Under his regime and estimated 60-80 million Chinese civilians lost their lives. About 40 million perished during the Great Leap Forward (1958-62).
