I bought 1 asic miner from china to mine litecoin. Which also turned out to be a scam and 2nd hand miner was sent to me. as soon as they sell their miners they have a better one that they use.

I ran a dash masternode with my brother, on linux servers that we rented.

I've bought in to many ICOs and dumped on noobs after the first big pump

I've dipped my feet it everything crypto and I was delusional much like the posters in this thread.

After you realize its a ponzi scheme, you can really make money without being emotionally and physically invested.

I sold all my holdings the other day. I lodge everything for taxes and mow I wait until it all dies down again, and people lose interest.

But don't worry I'm just making all this up
Lol wow sad you mentally convinced your self it’s a scam. That’s insane lmao. Well I guess gl buying back in at 100k+

Which one is it?
All of it because it’s going to hit all of it at some point. 100k for sure this year at least. Most likely
This fall 200-500k. The next halvening in 4 years will place it at 1m+.

honest question:

21 million bitcoin cap is toted as a reason it is valuable, one bitcoin can be broken down into 100 million Satoshis.

How can bitcoin claim scarcity when there are so many satoshis in circulation.

It would be as if you claimed the US dollar is rare because there are only so many 100 dollar bills in circulation, but in reality the 100 dollar bill is simply the largest unit of measurement.

Because there’s enough to replicate an entire global economy and it’s not evenly disrupted and 2-5m coins lost for ever and even if 21m evenly distributed every person can only have 350k satoshis. Eventually it will be physically impossible to own an entire coin.remember there’s like 50m millionaires and 21m coins. Not everyone can even own one.

It’s like 100 pennies equal a dollar. You want the dollar not the pennies

why does someone just copy the code and make the same coin but with only 10m coins so its even rarer!

This is why you got out is because you don’t get it. Nothings stopping someone from doing so which they have 1000s of times lol. But who’s going to buy it? What is the net work effect ? What is metcalfes law? I’m surprised you even mined btc. You lack the basics lol

My problem is do I buy in now or wait till it hopefully drops? Even if it drops to $10k that's still good.

The number of satoshis is finite

The number of any dollar bill is infinite

You practically answered your own question. 1 bitcoin is just the larger unit of measurement than the satoshi. Though there is still scarcity when there are ZERO more being produced, and people are buying and holding millions of satoshis and only willing to part with them for a certain amount of dollars (which there is always an ever increasing number of).
