I'm not sure what you're asking.

You want to eat what I eat?

Last night for dinner I had 8oz of protein pasta with garlic salt, a Quest white chocolate raspberry protein bar, and Quest spicy sweet chili chips.
Lunch was 3 servings of Kodiak protein pancakes, buttermilk..with 6oz of sugar free syrup.

I eat whatever I want as long as it fits into my 2000 current daily calories and my protein intake is at least .8g/lb of my body weight.

I got fat just reading that man, lol.

Don't want to eat what you eat, just wanted some examples fr a typical day just to see if there's a trend or if resting metabolism plays a bigger role than I thought.

I guess I'm way under 2k resting per day then.

OMAD brah. I eat a chiton of food when maintaining to stay at 195 (my avi weight) including deserts and 30 oz of milk every night. I'm cutting now and all I've done is drop the desserts and drink either water or Sprite zero instead of milk and in a pretty short time I've dropped down to between 185 and 180 which is what I weighed in the pic I posted earlier.

I always feel like my cuts go better if I go super low cal the first week or so. I have no scientific evidence but I feel like it jumpstarts my body into losing weight

Past 2 years for Lent I do the carnivore diet. Even though I am far from even chunky, I lost 11lbs the first year and 9.2lbs this year. This was just over the period of Lent (44 days). I felt fukkin great too. Plenty of energy, zero bloat, and got to devour all the fuggin meat I could stomach, literally). Typical diet was:

Breakfast:
2-3 eggs
3 pieces of bacon (cook eggs in bacon grease hnnngggg)

Lunch:
Chicken breast (at least 1lb) cooked in extra bacon grease
or steak

Dinner:
Steak

I was raised on steak and potatoes and steak to this day makes my mouth water, so this diet is perfect for me. Throw in a tri-tip from Costco (the marinated ones) so shakes things up, hnnngggg

I'd allow yourself a "cheat day" where you go absolutely ham on fruits and veggies.

OMAD is a cheat code.

5am - black coffees
2pm - RXBar
4pm - HUGE dinner - whatever/however much you want - within reason

as needed - waters and seltzers

Fuk okay I'll try OMAD brahs thank you for the advice. Under a big lockdown as of today so gym is closed but I'll train at home every morning. Will lift in the morning and do some walking after my meal in the evening. Got a big yard so that should work.

Will report back with results if this thread keeps going. I feel so disgusting being this heavy, it's so hard to move around like before and I can definitely feel it.

Lean or bust.... 38 y/o this year, keeping my muscle by still lifting intensely but goal is to not get fat and to not get injured. Eat clean but don’t count calories like crazy either. Look better than 99 percent of men my age. Feels good.

6:30am - whey/casein blend shake and banana (pre-workout)

10:00am - 2 eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1.5 slices swiss, 3/4 oats cooked with a handful of berries, 1 slice of cinnamon raisin bread, 11oz whole milk

2:00pm - 4.5oz lean protein (cycle each week between steak, chicken, pork chops, etc.), 8 oz carbs (pasta, potato, rice, etc), serving of cooked veggies, salad with 2.5oz salmon (olive oil and apple cider vinager dressing), some Icelandic Skyr vanilla greek yogurt.

4:30pm - if hungry I'll have some fruit as a snack.

6:30pm - dinner with the family. If protein content is low I'll supplement with cottage cheese, deli turkey, beef jerky, etc. Once in a while I might add a casein shake.

This is my gaintain diet. When cutting I pretty much just reduce some of the carbs since that's what I tend to add once I hit my protein and fat requirements.

they key with OMAD is you MUST have a HUGE dinner the day before you decide to start OMAD. also, you might want to try 2MAD before you transition to OMAD. black coffees and seltzer waters def help blunt the appetite. and stay busy and you won't think about food! don't confuse boredom with hunger!

5am - black coffees
12:30pm - Gym
2pm - RXBar (takes the edge off - gets you to dinner)
3pm - Beach/Pool
4pm - HUGE dinner (get most of your calories in for the day 12-15X target body weight) - whatever/however much you want - within reason - RXBar or 2 for dessert if desired. (try to eat within a 1 hour window) (you can fit this into your own schedule - just shift the times)

as needed - waters and seltzers

OMAD is not magic. you are simply tricking your body into eating less. and you can miss a day or two of OMAD but try to keep OMAD 80/20 of the week and you win in the aggregate. you don't need as much food as you think!

good luck!

I am a completely natural (never any substances of any kind) female bodybuilder, and I achieved AND maintained a jacked and ripped (maintained ripped upper body) physique for many years- I never had an "off-season." I did it by challenging my own limits in strength, stamina, athleticism, fortitude and dedication in one of the best physical/mental outlets of all time!

I just ate nutritious food for the most part (never kept track of calories), picked up and put down heavy things, mixed in some CrossFit, acrobatics and SIT/HIIT and eliminated any boredom by being spontaneous and intuitive to a degree with lifting and training. When you have a passion for something and you know what you want, you'll just do it.

You have to do it for yourself- no one else!!!
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Do it in your backyard

A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Good morning!!

No OMAD for me - can't do it, nor do I want to.

My first 50g of protein is at 5am - mixed it up a bit this weekend. Smoked two pork butts, had pork tacos for a meal, pulled pork with potatoes and garlic bread for another, shredded pork with angel hair pasta last night for dinner... so much pork protein over the weekend, was delicious!!

I think I eat at least one Quest bar and a bag of Quest chips (spicy sweet chili are GOAT) every night.

Only drink water - no alcohol ever.

I basically just make sure I'm getting in decent amounts of protein at every meal (and in my snacks) - no "filler" foods. They have to contribute to my gainz!

I basically eat eggs, red meat, white rice, fruits, spinach and peppers. Keeping inflammatory foods out of my diet helps alot. Keeping processed/crap carbs out of my diet also helps a ton.

At 36 you should be more focused on your health, not being as big as possible.

The way I interpreted that post, my mind painted an image of some twink for the former.

I still want to be 'big/muscular', but not bloatlord big. I don't wanna be some lean twink. I want to always work on trying to reach natty potential and maintaining a high muscle density. I think a lot of people just get lazy in their 30s and don't try anymore

******* forum deleted my post which I responded to Gordon, ecto and JUGGERNAUT lmao. The OMAD has been going on since my post here. I'm hungry during the day but I ain't no lil bish. The tougher part is the hunger craving late at night when you almost trick yourself into having a snack.

My solution to that is to simply just go to bed before 12am.

Oh, also due to reflux, I've made significant improvements to the point that it's almost gone by cutting out red meats (only eat it occasionally now), flour and fried/greasy foods. Soda and sugary drinks are also gone.

My solution to that is to simply just go to bed before 12am.

Oh, also due to reflux, I've made significant improvements to the point that it's almost gone by cutting out red meats (only eat it occasionally now), flour and fried/greasy foods. Soda and sugary drinks are also gone.
Mirin discipline to do OMAD. I tried doing IF 16/8 and I struggled. The main issue being that I train at 5AM and I didn't want to have a feeding window early in the day. So I tried training at 5AM, and not eating until 12 or 1 but it has very negative effects.

Bro I have a tendency to go kinda psycho on something if I really want it enough. I was okay with my body up until quarantine and then it all went into a massive spiral. I'll tell you what, the physical weakness of hunger is bad, but it's the mental one that fuking gets you.

Maybe a shake after eating to hold you until the meal?
