still going strong no fap, 16 days of Nov plus probably the last week of October.
Also 12 weeks sober as of last Sunday.

I did 3 months no fap last year and no idea why I just stopped. Motivation is better, I get more sh!t done, plus IMO it's easier to get laid.

Sex is also off the charts better when on Nofap. bigger, stronger, harder bonars, plus although it makes no sense, I last wayyyy longer

QFT. Everything is true for me except lasting longer, but at 50, I was actually having a hard time keeping it rock solid and really had to concentrate on that just to finish, to the point where I even started researching Get Roman (getting old sucks, BTW). Now, it's not even remotely an issue. If anything, I'm back to concentrating on ways to last longer, not just to last until the end.
