Maybe take a break from the misc.

You give off that race obsessed incel vibe and this place isn't healthy. Go lift and find a hobby or something.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Because these type of activities are proven to assist with gaining confidence that also translates well into other aspects of your life. Combat sports in particular fosters a tougher mindset and increases both test and masculinity- something you are constantly complaining todays men are in short supply of.

Not just countries bro. Hell you can get to know your area better, go on a drive, check out some tucked away natural areas. I'm in Omaha and this state has one of the fewest amounts of trees in the country, but there's 3 places 15 or fewer miles away that are pretty cool.

My advice, seriously get off the misc, at least for a bit. Check out other things, scroll through your local news (ignore the crime stuff lol) and check out what's going on, what's opening, what projects are starting up, what events there are, who's doing what. Interesting chit. Bring in some outside stimulation. The way I see it is your gears are spinning, and you have nothing to latch on to.

Also, have you seriously tried talking to a therapist? Get an outsider to see what's going on.
Virtue is its own reward.

I tried therapy last summer. It doesn't work. You can't therapy away the basic human needs most people have.

And seems like you think I never leave my house or something. I'm still relatively new to where I live and I do get out there and go to new places.

Sports definitely help. My best friends are from playing college and tennis league.

I'm an introvert so I would have no lifelong friends without tennis since work friends are fleeting--you are close when you work together if you have items in common, such as having kids, but then when they leave the company you lose touch. I still remember their birthdays and at least send a Happy Birthday text.
