I haven't physically collected a tribute for years. My properties are in different countries, to absolutely optimize the tax I pay on rental income.

Rentcels and mortgagecels are two sides of the same coin. Either way, you're paying through your ass for something you don't need. You had a home. Your parents paid good money for it. Why bother leaving? Why waste a ton of money on another property? Then, when your parents kick the bucket, you're just gonna sell off their home. Total waste of money. Srs.

I guarantee you half the bankers and landlords you're paying out to sat at home and saved until they were so ridiculously wealthy that they could leave without being cucked. Housing is by far the biggest expense you can possibly have. You gain so much by not wasting money on it.

People in Asia live this way and have done so for centuries. The West is retarded srs. Your entire way of life is manufactured cuckery at the behest of bankers and corporate overlords. If I had kids, and we had the same big ass house, I'd never want them to move out. There is plenty of privacy for their lives. And having family around makes a lot of sense for help with chores etc. It is how humans were meant to live. Why would you not want to be around your family?

It's so bizarre. People move out and then throw their parents in nursing homes and talk to them like once a year, and they take insane amounts of debt to do this. All because some banker told them it's "normal". LMAO cucked.

Lots of homeowners where I am are now paying rent to the bank because of variable mortgages that are only covering the interest, so zero equity coming while their house value has dropped 20%. And their mortgage rent is almost double the cost of renting the same place when you include all the other taxes and insurance. So I guess that was a good investment, right?

The fear of rent coming due from rentcels from earlier in the week has suddenly turned to anger. I have heard a couple rentcels this morning complaining in the most vial way about having to pay rent "so close to pay day." Really sad that not only they wake up every day as a rentcel, but they also are apparently live paycheck to paycheck.



Fellow Lord's of the Land, show some compassion to these poor souls. But do not allow the tips on top of your rentcels rent be reduced.
