I heard a lot great things about taking testosterone. I haven't hopped on TRT yet but I plan to. I don't like how he lied. But Joe Rogan called him out.

There is nothing wrong with not being natty, but Liver King marketed a business/supplement line as his product/information being a factor of his physique/health when in reality it isn't. If the dude would have never eaten liver/organs or taken his own supplements there would be 0 difference in his physique.


There are no doubt nutrient benefits in eating organs (Even wild animals target the organs and more specifically the liver first). But lets not pretend like its going to make you super human.
