Definitely something weird going on with that account. Dude negged me about 2 weeks ago & then when I finally got off spread & negged him yesterday I got another neg from him right after.

I don't know how the whole recharge thing works, but it does seem extremely odd that i've been on recharge forever, when he's negged me numerous times since.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was a mod troll alt, cause surely no one could be that retarded in real life. Surely.

Recharge is every 24 hours after you rep 5 posters
And spread you have to rep/neg 20 other posters before rep/negging the same poster again

I was originally told the spread was 40, but I'm pretty sure it's 50. Like if you use your 5 reps per day, in 10-11 days you can rep that person again.
