The reason I asked for charity donations from others is because it's not fair on him that he pays and the other trolls get their childish squealing rewarded. Plus, they would just accuse the transcript of being forged or find an excuse, just like what happened ITT.
Why the accusation of welching is meaningless is because I satisfied the deal with LogicalLifts, and the others I owed nothing, so there's nothing to welch on. No grounds to complain if you literally refuse to do what's necessary to see the transcript, i.e make the charity donations.
OP has come through here and looks like the others are scrambling for excuses.
