I don't recommend anyone keep this coin long term. It makes me nervous but there is still too much fomo and hype to take advantage of. Thanks for bringing some solid points to light for us man, really got the knowledge on it rolling for me.

I don't have much of it but I'm planning on selling in the 4-5 range which would coinceide with a coinbase release. Although there are some things that would allows this to skyrocket. In order for XRP to work as a bridge it needs to hit a stable price thats the entire point of it being centralized so that ripple can control the price fluctuations. If they ever come out with news of a target stable price XRP could continue to moon.

We have been consistently posting about XRP for the last 3 weeks where we both just dont think it's going to keep going up and it does. I dont understand how something like ripple can just blast past everything and defy all logic from anything thats came before it. It hasnt had a consolidation yet either. The coin is just pure FOMO which is causing hype which is obviously a good thing for the coin because it's going to cause it to pump but when the dump finally hits and all the whales starting getting out of their positions that fall is going to be a LOOOOOOOOOONG one.

Agreed, we're at 720B now. The whales are coming out to play at the start of the year. Gives them enough time to restrategize if things don't work out.

Think about it, if i'm a big time investor, i'm calling my people and saying why aren't i invested in cryptos. I heard so and so made so much $$$, it's on TV, it's in newspapers. Large asset managers will need to enter the market if they haven't already.

People jump in in anticipation the price will rise due to another exchange. Ride that, then dump when it hits the exchange. It can be risky to jump in right when it hits another exchange. But xrp being added to coinbase is undoubtedly good for it long term

Short term, when it's immediately added to coinbase, you could see a dump.

I dont research heavily into why cryptos do what they do, but maybe the fact that what you guys call "normies" are talking about ripple (xrp) IRL might have something to do with it, ive run into a few coworkers who have only bought etherium to immediately buy ripple off of some tip they get.

The word on these coins is spreading like wild fire out there.

The major blockage is the difficulty in actually buying the coin if they have never done it.
