Receipt dated 9 days ago, but "no one by that name for some time now." Not a chain or corp, so either the owner told his managers to go stonewall or they're trying to keep it from getting to the owner.

I bet if you called saying you lost your receipt for card XXXX (shown in pic) they'd be able to pull it from that business day confirming the transaction and waitress.
