I'm just stating what his story was, and providing a reasonable, logical explanation. Like I said before, I'm not saying his story is true. But I can totally see that happening. Plus some of the chick's witnesses were paid upwards of $8000 to testify. Think about that. There are a lot of factors.

I think the guy is a pathetic excuse of a man. But, like all nationally televised rape cases, we don't know the full story. If her story is true, he should get a much worse sentence. That is disgusting. And if his side of the story is true, I think his sentence is fine.
HOWEVER, how is she not getting any type of sentence in terms of her clear alcohol abuse. She drank enough to be completely passed out and incoherent. She should be forced to attend AA meetings, as well as counseling and classes to understand how ****ing pathetically stupid it is as a woman to get that drunk.
